Butler County REC offers new programs to encourage energy-efficiency focused on reducing your home's energy usage. These programs include new rebates rewarding home weatherization, new ENERGY STAR appliance purchases and installation of efficient heating and cooling systems.
Incentives offered in the past will continue, including rebates for energy-efficient heat pumps (geothermal and air source), high-efficiency central air conditioning, water heaters and the annual “Change a Light” CFL promotion.
